I made a conscious effort to stick closer to home in 2023 and to branch out on not only who I was seeing, but the types of music I was seeing. I saw more country/bluegrass/Americana than I’ve probably ever seen in a year. I also got really into Australian psych and while I only saw a handful of Aussie psych shows, they were some of my favorites. Only hit four states and none too far away, but I still had a good time. Here’s a quick snapshot of what I saw in 2023.
